Serena finds it weird to stay in hotel instead of her Paris home

As part of the COVID-19 protocols, the French Open organisers have told all participants to stay in two designated hotels, unlike the U.S. Open which allowed staying in private accommodation.

Williams was one of the players who rented a private home for the tournament at Flushing Meadows.

Semenya loses appeal against CAS ruling over testosterone regulations

Double Olympic 800 metres champion Caster Semenya has lost her appeal to the Swiss Federal Tribunal (SFT) to set aside a 2019 Court of Arbitration (CAS) ruling that female athletes with high natural testosterone levels must take medication to reduce it.

But the South African has indicated that she may continue her battle in the European and domestic courts ahead of the Olympics in Tokyo next year, vowing to “fight for human rights”.

Senegal's Sadio Mane handed famous number 10 jersey at Liverpool

APRNEWS- English club side Liverpool FC have offered Senegalese forward the legendary number 10 jersey for the 2018-19 season and going forward.

Mane, who joined his teammates in the United States following his holiday after international duty with Senegal at the World Cup, has worn jersey number 19 since joining Liverpool in 2016.
