REUTERS - German luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz on Monday said it would offer discounts on cars imported into China from the United States until March 31 after Beijing suspended additional tariffs on U.S.-made cars.

REUTERS - Russia’s standards agency said on Tuesday it had been informed about the recall of 3,968 Ford (F.N) cars sold between 2011 and 2016.

The cars, including the Focus, C-Max, Mondeo and Kuga models were recalled because of a possible issue with the clutch pressure plates, the agency said.

REUTERS - Volkswagen (VOWG_p.DE) said its components development and manufacturing business would become an independent entity within the group from January 2019, alongside the VW Passenger Cars business and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
